In short, if you are looking for a reasonably priced tower speaker with a clean, tight sound for your home theater or stereo music setup, these will not disappoint you. Worth noting, you may not be inclined to install a sub-woofer at all, if you have enough reserve power to adequately feed these puppies. This is a matter of personal preference of course, but split roughly 50/50 between listening to a variety of digitally-sourced rock and acoustic music, and home theater use, the 777s sound good enough to me without the sub. Also worth noting, these finely crafted speakers are quite large, standing just under 4 feet tall and weighing over 50 pounds.
